How Are My Free Credits Used?
When using Anycase under the Free Trial, you’re given 15 AI credits, which allow you to ask questions, explore product features, and learn how the app works.
Each interaction with the AI or certain app features uses up credits. Here’s how they work:
💬 Chats and Follow-Ups
- 1 credit is used for every single-turn question (one question and one answer).
- 1 credit is also used for every follow-up question within the same chat thread.Example: Asking a new question or clicking “Ask follow-up” will use another credit.
🎓 Product Education Links
- 1 credit is used each time you click a product education link (for example, “Learn more” or “See how this works”).
These links open short guides to help you understand features and workflows.
🔍 Suggested Queries
- 1 credit is used each time you click a Suggested Query from the list shown in the chat window.
These are example prompts that help you explore the app’s capabilities.
