Before You Start
- Ensure you have an active Anycase.ai account.
- Make sure you know how you originally signed up (Google, Microsoft, or email and password).
- Have access to your registered email address for verification purposes.
Step-by-Step Guide
Change Your Password
How you change your password depends on how you signed up.
If You Signed Up via Google or Microsoft
Your password is managed by Google or Microsoft.
To change your password, you will need to reset it directly through your Google or Microsoft account settings, as your Anycase.ai login is connected to that provider.
If You Signed Up Using Email and Password
- Go to the login page: https://anycase.ai/app/signin
- Select Sign in with Email.
- Enter your email address and click Next.
- Click the Trouble signing in? button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
Update Your Account Profile (Name or Email Address)
Profile updates, including:
- Changing your name
- Changing your registered email address
are currently handled by our support team.
Please send an email to: support@anycase.ai
Include the following details:
- Your registered Anycase.ai email address
- The information you would like to update
- Your new name or new email address (if applicable)
Our team will assist you with the update.
Delete Your Account
⚠️ Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data will be permanently removed.
Account deletion requests are handled by our support team.
To request deletion:
Send an email to: support@anycase.ai
Include the following:
- The email address associated with your Anycase.ai account
- Your reason for deletion
Our team will process your request and confirm once completed.

Q: I signed up using Google or Microsoft but want to set a separate password.
A: At this time, accounts created through Google or Microsoft remain connected to those providers. Password changes must be done through your Google or Microsoft account.
Q: How long does it take to process profile updates or deletion requests?
