How to Manage Your Account

Open Account Details to review your profile and plan, change your display name, or find chat-history controls. Password recovery starts from the sign-in page.

Open your account

Sign in at anycase.ai/app, open the account menu in the sidebar, and select Account. You can also visit Account Details directly.

Change your display name

1. Find Name in the Profile section.
2. Select the edit control beside your name.
3. Enter your new display name in Change Display Name.
4. Select Change Display Name to save it.
This changes your display name. Contact support@anycase.ai if you need to change your registered email address.

Recover your password

If you use email and password, open the sign-in page and select Forgot your password. Follow the recovery instructions shown for your account.
If you sign in through Google or Microsoft, manage your password with that provider. For organization SSO access, contact your organization’s administrator for help with its sign-in process.
Never send a password or verification code to support.

Review your plan and data controls

Account Details shows your current plan information. Select Manage Plan to view available plan options. The controls available depend on your subscription and role.
Under Data, Delete Chat History removes conversation history. This is separate from deleting your account or canceling subscription renewal.

Request account deletion

Email support@anycase.ai or dpo@anycase.ai to request deletion. Identify the account concerned; we may need to verify your identity and authority.
Deletion is subject to the Privacy Policy, including applicable legal, contractual, security, and backup-retention exceptions. If an organization controls your account or content, its administrator may need to be involved.
