Managing Billing and Upgrading Your Anycase.ai account
This guide explains how to upgrade your Anycase.ai account, manage billing preferences, and navigate payment options to ensure uninterrupted access to premium features.
Before You Start
- Ensure you have an active Anycase.ai account and are logged in.
- Have your preferred payment method ready. We accept debit and credit cards, along with popular e-wallets like GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and others.
Overview
1.Access the Upgrade Page
Navigate to the Anycase.ai web application.

2.Choose a Subscription Plan
Select from the options below:
a. Subscription Plan
- Pro - For individual users
- Pro (Team) - For multiple accounts
b. Billing Cycle
- **Pro - **Yearly, 4 months, or Monthly
- **Pro (Team) - **Yearly only
c. Payment Type
- Subscription - Auto-renews on your chosen billing cycle
- One-Time Payment - Pay once, does not auto-renew

3.Click on the "Upgrade Now" button on your chosen plan

4.Select a Payment Method
Anycase.ai partners with Xendit for secure payment processing. Accepted payment methods include:
- Subscription Option: Mastercard, Visa, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay.
- One-Time Payment Option: Mastercard, Visa, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Cebuana Lhuillier, BPI, UnionBank, RCBC, China Bank, QR Ph.

5.Complete the Payment
Follow the prompts to enter your payment details and complete the transaction. Upon successful payment, your account will be upgraded immediately.
6.Manage Your Account
To make changes to your account (e.g., update name, email), contact the support team at support@anycase.ai.
7.Canceling Your Account
- **One-Time Payment: **Your access will automatically end at the end of the billing cycle.
- Subscription: Go to your Account Profile → Subscription Details and click the Cancel button.
Common Questions
Q: What happens after my free trial ends?
A: After the 2-week free trial, your account will revert to the free plan. To continue accessing premium features, you need to upgrade to a Pro account.
Q: What if I need a refund?
A: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support at support@anycase.ai for assistance.
Q: Can I change my billing cycle or payment method?
A: Changes to your billing cycle or payment method can only be made during checkout.
Q: If I have an existing Pro account and want to consolidate it with my team, what should I do?
A: You’ll need to subscribe to a Pro Teams plan, have your account added to the team, and request a refund for your existing Pro Solo subscription.
Q: What happens to my Pro Solo account after subscribing to Pro Teams?
A:
- If you subscribe as an admin: Your existing Pro Solo subscription will be canceled, and any prorated refundable amount will be automatically deducted from the total cost of your Pro Teams upgrade.
- If you subscribe as a member: Your Pro Solo account will remain active, and no changes will be made unless you request a refund.
