How to Use the Chat Feature

This guide explains how to use the Chat feature on Anycase.ai. Chat allows you to ask follow-up questions in the same thread, making your interaction more conversational and context-aware.

Before You Start

  • Ensure you are logged into your Anycase.ai Pro or Edu account.
  • Check if Multi-turn has been enabled for your account (you’ll notice that the search box allows follow-up questions to stay in the same thread).


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log In to Your Account

Go to Anycase.ai and sign in with your Pro or Edu account credentials.



2. Ask Your Initial Question

In the search box, type your first query just like you normally would.

For example:

  • “What is the ruling in Poe-Llamanzares v. COMELEC?”
  • “Case Digest: G.R. No. 221697”





3. Ask a Follow-up Question

After you get your first answer, type a related follow-up question in the same conversation thread. The system will remember your previous query and provide a response that considers the earlier context.

For example:

  • First question: “What is the ruling in Poe-Llamanzares v. COMELEC?”
  • Follow-up: “What were the main legal principles applied?”






4. Continue the Conversation

You can keep asking related follow-up questions without having to retype the full case name or details.


Common Questions

Q: Do I need to retype my original question for a follow-up?

A: No, Chat remembers the context of your last query in the same thread.


Q: Is Chat available to all users?

A: Currently, it is only available to Pro and Edu Users.


Q: How do I know if I have Chat enabled?

A: If your follow-up questions stay in the same conversation thread and reference your previous query, you have access to Chat.
