What is Pro Team?

Pro Team boasts all of the features from Pro Solo, but gives Admins exclusive access to a team management dashboard and centralized billing.


A Pro Team subscription allows Admins to: 

  • Add or remove members, according to their allocated seats
  • View the total number of seats for their organization
  • Buy additional seats for their law firm or organization 
  • View active members and their associated emails within the organization 


What's new in Pro Team

Members and Admins have access to all of the Pro features under Pro Solo.  Additionally, Pro Team Admins get access to two new dashboards within the platform: Team Management and Centralized Billing. 


Team Management 

Pro Team is an easy way to centralize your organization’s active Anycase subscriptions. 



Through the Team Management dashboard, admins can: 


  1. View all members in their organization, both invited and currently active seats 
  2. Easily add new members inside the app 
  3. Control who has access to their Pro Team subscription at any time 
  4. Search all members using the search bar 
  5. Conveniently purchase additional seats for their subscriptions 


Unlike Pro Solo, seats purchased through Pro Team can be freely allocated within the organization. Seats are not tied to email addresses, so Admins are free to organize their Team and their access however they wish.

Centralized Billing

The centralized billing dashboard allows Admins to view their entire billing cycle with Anycase. Each invoice, both one-time payments and yearly subscriptions, are conveniently reflected through the Payment History log for easy tracking.

Unlike the Pro Solo subscription, Pro Team provides administrators with full visibility into who has access to Anycase accounts. Admins can add or remove team members at any time, manage access as roles change, and reduce the risk of unauthorized use.
