Before You Start
Ensure you have an active Anycase.ai account and are logged in.
Have your preferred payment method ready. We accept debit and credit cards, along with popular e-wallets like GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and others.
Overview
Access the Upgrade Page
Navigate to the Anycase.ai web application at https://app.anycase.ai and log in.
Click on the "Upgrade Now" button to view available subscription plans.
Choose a Subscription Plan
Select between the following options:Monthly Subscription: ₱999/month for Pro and ₱599/month for Edu
Yearly Subscription: ₱699/month (billed annually) for Pro and ₱499/month (billed annually) for Edu
3. Select a Payment Method
Anycase.ai partners with Xendit for secure payment processing. Accepted payment methods include:
Subscription Option: Mastercard, Visa, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay.
One-Time Payment Option: Mastercard, Visa, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Cebuana Lhuillier, BPI, UnionBank, RCBC, China Bank, QR Ph.
Complete the Payment
Follow the prompts to enter your payment details and complete the transaction. Upon successful payment, your account will be upgraded immediately.Manage Your Account
To make changes to your account (e.g., update name, email, password), contact the support team at support@anycase.ai.Canceling Your Account
For one-time payments, your subscription will automatically end at the end of the billing cycle. For subscriptions, contact support at support@anycase.ai to process the cancellation.
Common Questions
Q: What happens after my free trial ends?
A: After the 2-week free trial, your account will revert to a limited free plan. To continue accessing premium features, you need to upgrade to a Pro account.Q: What if I need a refund?
